"I’ve been with this State Farm office for about 13 or 14 years. I agree with the other posts that Karen can be a bit rude, but if you ever meet Raymond, he makes up for it 10 times over. Very warm and down to earth personality and will treat you like family (despite the name, we are not related). I’d say give them a try. I’ve received great service over the years."

"I agree. I have stayed with this office out of convenience but I refuse to deal with Karen who is unnecessarily rude. When you deal with your insurance company it shouldn't be so unpleasant, particularly when it is simply related to making payments or slight changes. Sad."

"I am an African American female I live in Alpharetta with my family. I was in the market to get new auto insurance and I did a google search for agents. I thought for obvious reasons I would patronize this agent. From the moment the Assistant answered I felt the lack of customer service. I continued to turn on my politeness and she refused to match my happy tone. After a couple of qualifying questions she insisted that she needed my daughters lic. number ( no other agent had requested this). I told her I didnt have it and she said "well I'm gonna have to stop the quote right here, I can't get you any information without that number" Very Very RUDELY! I hung up called another agent closer to my house and gave them the same information and she was able to get me a quote in 3 mins. WHY do CAN'T / DONT people work in customer service? Oh and she nearly argued with me about my vehicle that it was a hybrid and its not. She told me that I needed to contact the dealer because it was. Just very rude. I'm sure the owner Mr. Evans is a nice smart man but he should take that lady off the front line."
